  • Our mission is to be the ultimate partner for rights holders and brands to win. We look to do that bybuilding emotional connections through storytelling for a number of clients in sponsorship and sport.

  • Our partner roster includes; FIFA (incl. FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Australia and New Zealand), Ferrari Formula One Team, DHL Express, The Football Association, England Football Learning, European Games, NBA, Qatar Airways, EPCR (Heineken and Challenge Cup), Celsius, Majesticks, The Ryder Cup, Arsenal, VGW, UBS, Shell and Wembley Stadium.

  • Due to several recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with an Account Executive in our Client Service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Account Executive serves as a vital link between our clients and the agency teams, supporting the smooth delivery of daily account tasks and helping foster strong client relationships.

  • They are responsible for ensuring client deliverables are met with accuracy and efficiency, managing essential project documents, and maintaining clear communication channels with both clients and the internal team.

  • They handle day-to-day activities for clients, which include organising meetings, preparing timing plans, estimates, and client contact reports. The Account Executive monitors project timelines and budgets, identifying and communicating any potential adjustments to ensure the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting to the Account Manager, they play an integral role in the organisation of key account documents, including status sheets and meeting agendas. This position requires a proactive approach to account responsibilities, spotting opportunities to add value through small, everyday wins. The Account Executive will actively maintainaccurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps, while escalating issues as needed to the Account Manager and Account Director.

  • The successful candidate is passionate about the sports industry, eager to build relationships within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and buy into the idea that, together, we can innovate and reimagine possibilities in sport.

  • Remaining organised, with strong time management skills and adaptability

  • Understanding of marketing, advertising or social media content creation a bonus

  • Positive, agile, and resilient in the face of challenges

  • Enthusiasm for work on site at events, shoots and client offices
